Ingredients

  • 12 Sydney rock oysters
  • black caviare
  • 2 thin slices smoked salmon
  • dill to garnish 

Method

Arrange Sydney rock oysters on serving platter. Cut each slice of salmon into 6 thin strips and roll up. Place roll of smoked salmon and 1/2 tsp. caviare on each oyster. Garnish with dill and serve.
