Ingredients- 12 Sydney rock oysters
- black caviare
- 2 thin slices smoked salmon
- dill to garnish
MethodArrange Sydney rock oysters on serving platter. Cut each slice of salmon into 6 thin strips and roll up. Place roll of smoked salmon and 1/2 tsp. caviare on each oyster. Garnish with dill and serve.
