Sydney Rock Oysters With Lemon Vinaigrette Print

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • fresh chives
  • 1/4 cup thickened cream
  • 1 teaspoon chopped
  • 30 fresh Sydney rock oysters
  • fresh thyme (or 1/4 teaspoon. dried thyme)

Method

Combine juice, oil, cream, chives and thyme in a screw-top jar; shake well. Pour dressing over Sydney rock oysters.
